It is obvious that there has been a new factor introduced into the world on
 11 September, 2001.  It covers every emotion, and will effect people from
 all over the world in various ways.

 No matter who your deity is, there are plenty of reasons to thank, plead,
 and invoke their mercy.

 A prayer of thanks goes to the genius architects that, in the 1970s, created
 two buildings with the thought in mind that it must withstand the crash of a
 707 airliner.  That superior foresight allowed tens of thousands of people
 yesterday to escape from two buildings damaged WAY beyond that point of
 stress before collapsing.  These are unsung heroes.

 Our prayers of thanks goes to the dedicated workers that strove to do no
 more than save others lives...and lost theirs in kind.  May their efforts be
 rewarded in the afterlife.

 A prayer of comfort to those directly, and indirectly affected with fear,
 unease, and sorrow.  They will all live, and need the strength to carry on
 with their lives.

 A prayer for the deceased goes to all unwitting martyrs who were lost in the
 airplanes and buildings involved.  They come from many nations around the
 world, and are involved with many different deities.  We can only hope they
 are at peace.

 A prayer for wisdom goes out to those who we have allowed to make our
 decisions for us.  We ask that they do not blindly strike out in a moment of
 anger and bloodlust, further destroying more innocent lives.  May they find
 and exterminate the correct perpetrators of this horror which has been
 unleashed upon us.
